Arguably, the biggest, and brightest of my former projects: Cleo’s Apartment, the semi original, charmingly derivative, fusion of jazz/hiphop/electro was my main musical priority for most of the last decade.
As far as how it began, it was originally a project between Mike Huss and myself and was an attempt to bring…jazz…and hiphop together…and, um…huuuu…forget it, I’m bored already. Needless to say, it was a cool project I’ve been attached to and proud of for a while.
Anyways, the bad news (well, for me at least) is I’ve since exited the band…in the live setting at least, but Mike and I are still banging out beats and remixes together (w/Crystal killing it every time!)
